A Celtorian accordionist is commissioned by a noble, fails to present work due to inebriation, and is denied pay.
Due to this, the accordionist kills this noble with a broken wine glass.
The accordionist is jailed in an otherwise empty wing of the hell at the peak of one of the taller spires, on the ledge of a cliff overlooking the ocean.
He discovers that there is an accordion on a chain beyond his reach.
The wind swings it to him.
It takes two years.
He attempts to bash his head in and nearly succeeds when he discovers that it is non-functional.
He is, however, restrained by guards.
It is in this interaction that he says his first and only words in this hell;
"Can I name it?"
He begins hallucinating after this point, imagining that the accordion is playing long after he loses the will to pretend he can.
